Originally a native of Brooklyn, NY, she learned early on the importance of real estate investing from her parents, who owned several apartment buildings and businesses. She enjoys developing relationships with clients in the same respectful manner as her parents did. Joann affirms that sharing her personal experiences and expertise leads to a successful transaction.
Joann worked in the New York area for a national clothing retailer. She was promoted several times from Store Manager, District Manager and Store Operations Project Manager. As a Project Manager she worked with the real estate and construction department managing the process of new store openings, remodels and relocations.
Joann was also the business owner of a woman’s health and fitness center. As the owner and personal trainer, she developed insight into her clients’ needs. Offering her personal experiences strengthened the relationship with each client. She believes in personal attention to detail and providing the highest standards of service. She attributes the success of her business to her active role in the community and member of the Chamber of Commerce.
After vacationing for many years in Delaware, she decided to purchase a second home/investment property in the town of Rehoboth Beach. She personally negotiates the rentals and is attentive to the needs and comfort of the vacationers. Her attention to detail has lead to many referrals. It became clear that Joann not only wanted to live in Delaware, she was also excited to share her successful venture with others.
